AQV expects to secure (20) distributors in the next two to five years, with each distributor representing a minimum of $7,500,000 in atmospheric water harvesting equipment solutions annually.
Holders of fractional patent units will have the option to retain or redeem their respective proportionate units. Each will have ninety days to complete the transaction or retain ownership. From the first valuation event forward, AQV will begin conducting Max Harvest patent valuations every 36 months. At which time, holders will be offered the ability to redeem their units at the then reported value. This will provide patent right holders with the ability to sell their holdings every three years.
AQV estimates the total patent development costs will exceed $12M to protect its global rights. Once it has achieved (20) active distributors, the group of distributors are expected to return a minimum of $150,000,000 in Max Harvest transactions annually. Should AQV achieve the establishment of (20) global distributors, the value of one patent unit could increase 10 - 100 times, or more.
- Independent U.S. patent valuation of the Max Harvest patent upon securing (20) Max Harvest distributors globally.
- AQV will provide the independent patent report to all U.S. Aqua Harvest fractional patent holders.
- Patent right holders will have 90-days to redeem or retain their fractional units.
- AQV will continue to conduct updated valuations every 36-months, leaving future exit opportunities for its U.S. patent fractional unit holders.
For the sake of clarity, "distributors" includes private entities and municipalities in domestic and foreign countries.
