No matter where you are, you've likely encountered the muggy, dense atmosphere filled with humidity.
When people refer to humidity, they're often talking about the relative humidity, which represents the percentage of vapor in the air. Every day, all around the globe, moisture ascends into the atmosphere in the form of humidity. In fact, at a temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit, each cubic foot of air holds approximately 0.00084 lbs. of water. This means that one million cubic feet of air has the potential to generate a remarkable 840 lbs. of water per minute through the process of atmospheric water harvesting.
The capacity of air to hold water vapor is temperature-dependent, with relative humidity indicating the ratio of actual vapor in the air to the maximum capacity at that temperature. For instance, at 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius), one cubic meter (equivalent to 35 cubic feet) of air can retain around 18 grams (0.6 ounces) of water, reaching a state of saturation or 100 percent relative humidity. Atmospheric water generation operates most efficiently when the relative humidity ranges between 30% and 100%.

Moisture is drawn into our proprietary water-wall purification system, where the harvested water is purified and then directed to our exclusive dehumidification systems for collection.
As the air flows through these systems, moisture comes into contact with the cooled coils of the dehumidifier. These coils utilize condensation to extract water from the air. The gathered moisture accumulates on the coils and is subsequently channeled into the water harvester's holding tanks, where it undergoes further purification before being transferred to the system retention tanks for distribution.
